✓The Party shall try to promote an alternative politics in the country that is firmly rooted in high standards of morality and ethical values and is free from crimes, corruption, selfishness and all kinds of narrow-minded prejudices. It will require making effective the mechanisms of accountability and transparency at all levels of public
Ethics
We, The People of India, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into an Autonomous Secular Democratic Republic and to secure to all its citizens:
Justice - social,racial, economic and political for every individuals

Equality - equality of status and opportunity; and promote among them all

Bhartiya Party Loktantrik (BPL) invites you to contribute generously to build a bright future for all.
✓ All the donations made are exempt under section 80 GGB/80 GGC of the Income Tax Act, 1961. (Note: Corporate Donations are subject to restrictions mentioned in the Companies Act, 2013. The corporates are requested to provide requisite declarations and forms as per Companies Act/rules.)
✓ There shall be established a Fund of the Party into which all membership fees and subscriptions, contributions, sale proceeds of journals or other publications, and State subsidies, if any will be deposited. All the expenses of the Party shall be met from this Fund.
✓ The Fund of the Party will solely be used for political purposes; the Party will abide by the instructions issued by the Election Commission from time to time in maintaining the accounts.
✓ The budget of different levels of the Party will be approved at the beginning of each year by the respective committees. Budgets of Unit, District, and State levels will have to be confirmed by the Presidents of the next higher levels.
✓ The Central and State Working Committees shall have the powers to make rules regarding the maintenance of the accounts.
✓ The accounts will be audited annually and audit report will be placed before the meeting of the respective Committees. The Central account will be audited by an auditor empanelled with the Comptroller and Auditor General.
✓ The Audited Annual Financial return will be submitted to the Election Commission within 60 days of the end of each financial year.
✓ The Central Auditor will be appointed by the BPL while State and District Level Auditors will be appointed by State Working Committees.
✓ The BPL will decide from time to time, the membership fee and the Party contributions.
